Training Days 2025

From November 14 to 16, a training weekend full of exciting workshops, meaningful encounters, and plenty of Enactus spirit took place in Mannheim. We from Enactus Bochum were there, too, and came away with many new insights, ideas, and experiences to apply to our teamwork.

Learn, Share, and Grow 💡
The weekend featured a diverse program centered on topics that are particularly important to our work at Enactus: innovation management, business models, leadership, marketing, time management, presentation techniques, and data protection. Not only were we able to expand our knowledge, but we also gained new perspectives and exchanged ideas with other Enactus teams.
The exchange with the many dedicated students from all over Germany was particularly valuable. Through conversations, workshops, and group activities, we made new connections and gained inspiration and ideas that we’re taking back with us to Bochum.

Our New Members Right in the Thick of It💡 
A special highlight for us: Some of our new team members were able to participate in the training weekend right from the start of their time at Enactus. This gave them the opportunity to get to know Enactus not only through our team meetings, but also directly within the Germany-wide network.
During the weekend, they were able to make initial connections with other teams, discover new skills, and experience what makes Enactus special: shared commitment, entrepreneurial spirit, and the drive to make a difference.
The weekend was thus a great opportunity to grow closer together as a team and to give our new members a direct introduction to the world of enactus.

Motivation Through Real Success Stories 💡
A special moment was the presentation by the Enactus World Cup Team 2025 from Enactus Münster e.V. about their experiences in Bangkok. Their stories powerfully demonstrated what is possible when a strong team, driven by motivation and perseverance, works together toward a common goal.
The question of what personal benefits one can gain from Enactus and what kind of impact one can make quickly became clear: Enactus offers the opportunity to take on responsibility, gain practical experience, work together on solutions to societal challenges, and have a lot of fun in the process.

New connections, good conversations, and long drives home 💡
In addition to the varied program organized by Enactus Germany, the evening activities were also a real highlight. During the organized bar crawl, we were able to wind down the day in a relaxed atmosphere, meet new people, and connect even more deeply with other Enactus members.
There was lots of laughter, engaging conversations, and we had a truly wonderful time together. That’s exactly what Enactus means to us: Not just working together on ideas and projects, but also making friends and having a lot of fun.
And we’ll also remember the trips there and back: While the trip to Mannheim was relatively short, the return trip took about three times as long. But even that couldn’t dampen our spirits, because with a great atmosphere and lots of fun, even the long drive home became a wonderful part of the weekend.

Back to Bochum with new ideas💡
We’re taking away from Mannheim not only new knowledge, but also many inspiring conversations, new connections, and motivation for our future work at Enactus Bochum.
It was especially wonderful that some of our new members were able to be a part of this experience right from the start. We look forward to incorporating the insights we’ve gained into our projects, continuing to learn together, and putting our ideas into action.
